CP PATHWAY REVIEW NOT AN ACTIVE COURSE -
This self-paced course aims to provide an understanding of Family Finding processes, tools and strategies to implement the approach as part of targeted earlier interventions.
At the end of the course participants will be able to:
- Use Family Finding processes and tools to identify, locate and establish a child’s or young person’s lifetime support network
- Engage young person, families and network members to undertake team building, life skills, emotional and therapeutic support strategies
- Implement steps to build and sustain a lifetime network for young people at risk of coming into care, in care or transitioning from care.
